2013: Celebrations for the Feast of Hellenic Letters Dearly Beloved in the Lord,

Every year, the Archdiocese, together with the Greek Schools and Educational Bodies in the United Kingdom, organises events for the Feast of the Three Great Hierarchs and Greek and Christian Literature. This year, the celebrations will begin on Friday, 25th January and will end on Sunday, 2nd February. The main lecture will take place at the Hellenic Centre, London, on Tuesday, 29th January 2013, at 7.00 p.m. The speaker will be Dr. Mario Pericles Begzo, Professor and Principle of the Theology School of the University of Athens, and Director of the Inter-Orthodox Centre of the Church of Greece. In addition to this, other events will take place in our churches. I urge you to take part in the celebrations between Sunday, 27th January and 2nd February, as well as other events being organised for the celebration of Greek and Chrisitan Literature. I also advise those responsible for the Schools to hold special events for the children. I thank you in advance for your co-operation.
